Why Rebounding is Beneficial for Detoxification
One of our favorite forms of exercise to enhance the effects of our Juice Detox Retreat is rebounding on a mini-trampoline.
The body really needs to move. It was designed to move! The lymphatic system is responsible for cleansing every cell in the body, carrying fresh nutrients to the cells and removing waste products.
The lymphatic system does not have a pump like the blood which is taken care of so lovingly by the heart, it is totally dependent on physical exercise to move through the body. Without adequate movement, the cells in the body remain toxic and starved of vital nutrients, which contributes to many degenerative diseases as well as premature aging.
Rebounding is reported to increase the lymph flow by 15 to 30 times!
