Papaya, Pineapple and Sweet Potato Juice

This juice is a fantastic immune system supporter, rich in vitamins A and C. It is also fantastic for the health of the skin which is of course, the immune system’s first line of defense.

1/3 Papaya

1/3 Pineapple

1 Sweet Potato

Method

Scrub the sweet potato and chop to fit the juicer’s funnel. Remove the skin and seeds from the papaya. Remove the skin of the pineapple. Juice all the ingredients and serve.


Coconut Dream Smoothie

Blueberries and Pomegranites are two of the richest sources of the free radical fighting anti-oxidants. This smoothie will give your immune army ammunition to fight off attack.

50g Blueberries

1 Pomegranate

100ml coconut yoghurt

Method

Remove the pomegranate’s fleshy seeds from the outer skin and inner membranes and place in the blender jug. Wash the blueberries and place in the blender with the coconut yogurt. Whip up until smooth.
