HYGIENE PROTOCOL

Late departures and early arrivals are not possible at the venue. As a responsible accommodation provider, they are maintaining even higher standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules, which include frequent hand washing and sanitising, as well as cleaning and sanitising all surfaces and equipment after each use.

The venue owners provide complimentary hand soap at each kitchen sink and cloakroom. Please use it frequently. Please do not relocate or take away the bottles.  We also provide hand sanitisers in the communal areas.

During your stay, when using the yoga mats or any other equipment in any of the buildings, please clean properly both before and after use and put it back where you found it. We supply cleansing spray and wipes in the yoga studio, which should be put in the bin.

We aim to be fully stocked with the usual in-room products and some essentials in each building. However, with some items now in in very short supply or out of stock from suppliers we ask you bring with you ALL consumables, such as loo roll and washing up liquid, and please do not remove or take with you any unused and surplus consumables we do provide.

Our cleaning staff have been asked to wash their hands thoroughly and frequently, to scrub all food surfaces, tabletops and tableware between customers and to avoid unnecessary physical contact. We would appreciate it if our guests practised the same hygiene protocol during their stay.
