AdobeStock_83499323A Posture Correction and Conditioning session can be an eye opening experience for anyone wanting to improve their posture or physical performance.  The aim of the session is to discover the clients’ muscular strengths and weaknesses and analyses the possible causes and explore the corrective exercises together.

Posture correction and conditioning begins with a discussion about your goals, concerns and lifestyle habits, highlighting any injuries, followed by both a static and dynamic physical assessment and relevant movement tests.  With the results and your goal in mind we will then begin an intensive corrective routine with little (if any) fitness equipment required.

The purpose of posture correction and conditioning is to improve your posture and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to continue the conditioning yourself at home or in the gym.
